I have lived and worked in the Barossa Valley most of my life and have always enjoyed cooking and providing good nourishing homemade food for my family and friends.
Over the past 18 years I have been successfully marketing my Authentic Homemade Preserves and Curries and Roast Almonds at Our Fabulous Barossa Farmers Market, along with numerous local outlets, and recently through Chapley's Foodlands in Adelaide. My products are - 'Southern Indian Style Kasoundi Curry Paste - Malaysian Style Curry Powder - Barossa Style Chutney - 'Feisty' Barossa Sauce, Jalapeno Salsa, and 'Seriously Delicious' Lime & Chilli and Honey & Soy Roast Riverland Almonds.
Being a trained cook it was natural for me to become involved with our now Famous Barossa Farmers Market where I have been a stallholder for 18 years. There is nothing like the atmosphere of selling at the Market and I just totally enjoy selling direct to my customers and meeting visitors from all over the world!
Getting positive instant feedback from customers at the Markets and ongoing repeat sales, gives me all the confidence I need to continue making my products.
In these days of overly processed and cheap inferior imports, full of very little actual real food, it is good for people to know where they can source top quality, locally made, condiments to add to their meals, and enjoy healthy snacks. All of my products are additive free because they are preserved the old fashioned way. This is the way food was preserved back in my Grandmother's day before artificial preservatives were introduced and before refrigeration was invented. So people can be assured that my products are of the best quality, and produced by a small, locally based business, and made by someone who cares about her customers by providing good healthy food, using Australian Grown ingredients as much as possible. All of my products are also very importantly - Gluten Free and Vegetarian and Vegan friendly, being 100% plant based. (Except for my Honey & Soy Almonds because of the Honey)

All 7 of my products keep indefinitely in or out of the fridge.
They also make excellent gifts for friends and relatives.
