Yes folks...this recipe is a real winner! I was asked to do a food demo at Nuriootpa Foodland last Friday 5th June 2015. So I quickly invented a lovely new recipe using Australian Prawns. So get 12 or so prawns and pop them in a bowl, add 1 heaped teaspoon of my Malaysian Powder. Add 2 tablespoons of Spring Gully Sweet Chilli Sauce and a sprinkle of salt. Then pan fry in a little Ghee or olive oil. Simply delicious! If you like it Hotter then just add more powder. But this recipe will make a medium heat dish. It is worth buying some Ghee for dishes like this as it gives a lovely buttery coating and flavour.
